Hi all,

as I contacted the support, they told me, this is not a bug anymore ;) Now we have a permanent workarround for this.... To change the Emailaddress you need the web protection license, at least a temporary one... Then you can change the Administrator information Email address field. This also references to the webserver protection and results in what we need.

That´s the sophos way, focus on important things, like a perfect QA with the UTM Updates ;)

sorry for the late response.
I checked and you're right - the changed email address isn't applied. I created a bug ID NUTM-6306.

As a workaround, you can change the email address in the HTML file and use it as a custom template.

I already changed that mail address a few days ago, but that doesn´t change the mailaddress in the web application firewall template... It´s still the old one.

Hello Sebastian,

you can change the email address under Management > Organizational > Administrator's email address.

The custom company text and the company logo can be changed under Management > Customization > Global.
