Failed Play video that work on JW Player

Hello,

I have a problem to play video from website that work on JW Player.

All other video players work well.

Found that if i disable Anti Virus on Web Filter profile - It's work fine, but i think it's not good idea to disable Anti-Virus.

Please help.

Is all the media that is not working hosted at 31.168.230.11? If so, you could try creating an exception rule to only disable AV scanning from that site.

It's not only this IP Address, every video from specified site played from random IP Addresses

Did you ever find a way to fix this?

I have just got some reports from Chrome users having the same problems playing video through the JW Player Javascript. (http://video.syddjurs.dk/)
And i can confirm, that disabling antivirus temporarily fixes the issue.

Strangely enough, same page, same videos, works fine in Internet Explorer on the same network - even on the same computers.
