Web filtering policy priority + group membership

Hi,

I'm in the process of creating a couple new web filtering policies and I'm encountering some issues I haven't had to dealt with so far.

I have 4 web filtering policies + the base one and it is working OK - but all policies are for a different time so there's no "overlap". Now I do need to create a 24/7 policy for a small group of users (AD group - backend membership).

- There's a single user in the group for testing purposes.

- There's a single web filtering profile with 6 policies.

My new policy only applies to a single AD group with a single user in it. The other policies apply to all AD users. In the "Edit profile" windows, in the "Policies" tab;

-  if my new policy is in second position (first one is disabled) -> ALL users are affected by the policy even though there's a single user in the group --> Is it me or that does not make any sense?

- If it is in the last position, it works OK in the "policy tests" I do (it shows the profile and policy name applied which are the good ones)  but it does not seem to apply in "real life". On a computer with the same IP and user account as the test I ran, the filter does not apply.

Am I missing something here?
