Strange errors: Read error on http handler?

My log is being filled with these lines:

Does anyone know what it means? It just keeps going and going,
I attached a screenshot of what the live log looks right now, and it has been like that for 2 hours now..
just these messages, with sometimes a normal log entries for websites being loaded/opened by users.

It's been like this for a while, but only just noticed as I needed the live log to get an application to work.

Found it is an issue with my tablet,
If I turn off Wi-Fi there, it's gone

the log is just blocks of those messages, without naming any website or url.
Is there still a way to discover what I should do here?

All exceptions are turned off so everything should be logged..

Edit:
My policies look like this:

2 Internal - no HTTPS
Allowed networks: All host-entries of the mobile devices. IP's on the devices itself matches with the ones in the host-entries.
It has the " Do not proxy HTTPS traffic in Transparent Mode"-checkbox enabled, but all the other things are the same as the policy below.

3 Internal
Hosts: the whole 192.168.4.0/24 subnet
This one is for all Internal computers and laptops

If I turn off SSL-scanning at the last policy, all the messages are gone, while the tablet should never match that Policy.. it should match the first one, right?

got above errors after editting a tagged website, doesn't matter what tag I assign or remove from sites, it just gives this if I change anything
