Web Proxy Local content filtering database?

Had to turn off the http proxy yet again..come on guys get this feature pushed out or fix your bandwidth issues.

    holy crud man.  http is now as fast as if i have the proxy off..[[:)]]  I accepted a bit of a performance hit..i just got tired of the disconnects.  The local database option(especially sitting in ram) is great.  I will test the disk option later..[[:)]]
