Cant access MSDN-Subscriber Downloads and PASSPORT

I have a Problem accessing the Microsoft msdn subscriber downloads. Everytime when I try to sign in, the Browser brings a Server Error. Also when I wan't to authenticate with a PASSPORT-Account.
The Problem seems to be somewhere in the ASTARO 6.002 - Firewall.
HTTP-Proxy is in transparent mode and I did some Microsoft-Links into the Whitelist, bit nothing works.
So I tried to find the Solution in the IPS-Rules. I fount a Filter which blocks ASP-Sites. I've deactivated blocking ASP-Sites, but this wasn't successful too.
Please help me ... I'm a ASTARO-Rookie
