Enabling a filter profile does not appear to stop existing traffic flow

I have four kids that are enrolled in a public charter school and they attend classes from home.

The problem that I have is that when I enable a filter profile to restrict access to the open Internet:

It appears that the Sophos UTM does not reset existing connections.  Is this an accurate assumption?  If so, how can kill state and enforce the blocking?

    Hey neighbor,

    You are correct - the only sure solution is to reboot the UTM.  If the existing connections were handled by the Proxy, you could simply disable/enable Web Filtering.
