When I try to add domain name to be whitelisted it complains that the name already exists:
when, in fact, it does not from the UI point of view.
Where can I go on the command line to check and/or zap this entry?

Found this:
1. Support > Printable Configurations > Generate Report Now
2. New window opens > scroll to the bottom
3. Click on "in Confd format" and did a search for "mcgraw-hill.com"
So it can be surfaced .. still the question is how to see it in the UI.
