HTTP proxy restarted while using MS teams - Sophos SG 135 UTM

I Have an issue with Sophos SG 135 UTM .I get a message "HTTP PROXY RESTARTED " and this particularly happens during the sessions of Teams Calls .see below details of UTM Model: SG135
Subscriptions: Base Functionality
Email Protection
Network Protection
Web Protection
Webserver Protection
Wireless Protection

Current firmware version: 9.707-5
Your firmware is up to date.

I have tried with the Support team nothing seems to be solving the issue .Please could you throw in some ideas .

    Try an Exception for Antivirus for:

    ^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?teams\.microsoft\.com
    ^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?skype.\com
    ^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?lync\.com
    ^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?events\.data\.microsoft.com
    ^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?pipe\.aria\.microsoft\.com

    Any luck with  that?

  • Hi BAIfson,

    I had earlier created an exception for teams.microsoft.com. But that didn't solve the issue . I have now added the exceptions you have mentioned .Let me monitor for few days if its happening .Its on and off not always happening .But for sure with Microsoft teams calls .
