UTM 9 - Application Control - Block Spotify

Hello Sophos Community!

We have noticed here that even though we create a rule for blocking Spotify, users are able to listen to music at the Windows 10 App.

Maybe that happens because of an update on the app, change in ports, etc. Are you experiencing the same problem?

The goid news us that app control works, but it is part of webfilter. So you need to debug how to force it tbrough webfilter or block it in firewall rules.
