RDP via Html5 can't type username+password

Hello. We run version 9.705-3. I configured Web Portal with OTP and configured an Html5 portal to connect to internal RDP server. The connection is possible and the username+password of the RDP server appears. Bu the user can't type anything. The server is a Windows 2019 server. If i change the server and direct it to a Windows 2012 server then the user can type username+password and procceed normally.

Is there some specific setting for 2019 server? I disabled NLA

On Client/Server try to uncheck this in RDP Options and check again

Is there any error in html5vpn and aua logs on the firewall?

Have you tried to connect to the server via RDP over SSL Remote access VPN?

Hello. I don't see ny errors. The logon screen appears to type username+password but nothing can be typed. If i make an direct RDP over ssl connection then everything is ok.

Also, if i configute the "Automatic Logon" option with username+password then everything is ok and i get to the rdp server's desktop

Hello. I tried with unchecked NLA on both server and client but still nothing. As i told it works fine, for example, with firewall rule+NAT rule or if the destination server is not 2019. It also works fine if "automatic logon" is configured, it auto logins ang go to the desktop.
