Sophos UTM stops responding. I unable to access the internet or ping the internal nic (eth0). The only solution I've found so far s to reboot my server. (Dell Power Edge T20). See the logs in description:

  • Hi Chris,

    2016:08:22-09:07:06 sophos kernel: [ 2353.897909] e1000e 0000:00:19.0 eth0: Detected Hardware Unit Hang:

The line states issues with the hardware or the NIC. I think the issue is on the hardware side. You can find a possible solution on other forums, R&D on "eth0: Detected Hardware Unit Hang".

    Thanks
