We have a new SUM installation with one UTM reporting to it. So far, all we can do is monitor the UTM's health status. We're having trouble getting anything (definition, firewall rulesets, etc.) to deploy to the UTM.
For example, we have the UTM associated with a test OU. We generate simple test network definitions also associated with the test OU. When running through the deployment wizard, we select the test definition for deployment then on the Select Gateways step, the UTM is not among the available gateways. All that is available is Any. We select the Any object and try to proceed but the wizard states:
None of the selected objects can be deployed to the chosen gateways, please correct your selection.
I've read through Sophos's deployment/admin guides for the SUM, but cannot find a resolution. Has anyone else had trouble like this? I'm out of ideas.
