RED10 shown in SUM as link down but is ok

our RED10 Devices are shown as link down operational up in SUM 4.3 but the REDs are fully funktional and there is Datatraffic on the Link.
versions of the Gateways is some with 9.212 and some with 9.312

Has someone else seen this?

we are tracking this issue with the id 35495. It is already resolved but didn't made it into the last release. It will be included in the next SUM up2date release.

thanks for your reply. Will the coherent issue in the UTM be solved too?
There is a RED10 detected in our envoironment wich is fully functional but shown as down for 108 Days.
