Backup/Restore SUM Configurations

I know you can backup the WebAdmin side of things, but what about the UTM Manager side?

I need to move our UTM Manager from one amazon aws account to another. Since amazon won't let me move the instance, I have to recreate the UTM Manager. However, I don't want to have to recreate every Definition, Firewall Rule, Web Filtering Action, ect. Can all of this be backed up off one system and restored to another?

It's been a very long time since I've run SUM, but as I recall, the WebAdmin config backup gets everything.
