We have an MSP setup running SUM and provide our clients with weekly reports from their Managed UTM. What we have to do to personalise and also customise with our branding etc is run code against an outlook mailbox that extracts the PDF's, based on the name matches the clients email in a CSV file and then creates a new email based on our custom template (branding, personalisation etc) then sends it through to them.
Just interested to know what other MSP's are doing in this regard as it would be great if report branding and also the ability within the sum to schedule reports etc. in the above context.
