UTM9 Webfiltering

hi

i have sophos UTM 9 and i´m trying to configure web filtering exception for some of my network users. how do i do that consider that my network is just work group network.

    Hello Belgiano,

    are you using any form of authentication (Auth Agent oder browser-login)?
    If not so, you can just define a host-object with a fixed ip-adress and using this objects within the exceptions, but thats for the whole device, not just the user itself, all users on this machine then using the same rules and exceptions.

    So you can try via browser-based auth in the proxy-config and define your user-objects... or using the auth-app, thats the more comfortable way i think.
