SUM 4.104-10 "thinks" RED's are down

Hi,

In SUM 4.104-10 -> Monitoring -> Resources -> NET the SUM indicates that my RED's are down, while they are not.
The UTM itself shows they are up and running.

Does anybody have this same issue?
Does anybody know if Sophos is already informed on this?

Problem still exists on SUM 4.203-4 [:(]

Hey Peter,

thanks for the information that this problem (still) exists. I've just created a ticket in our ticket system.

The SUM currently doesn't account for changes which were done in the RED codebase in the middle of 2013. I'm afraid there is no workaround and you have to wait until we fix this problem.
