One device not visible on SUM 4.103008

Hi,
having an issue with one device ASG 8.1 on a SUM4.1

On the SUM, a lot of UTM(v9) and ASG(v8) are connected. For any unknown reason, one device is not visible on the SUM, anymore.

In addition, there is a new device in SUM with has greyed out fields and IP address 1.1.1.1

However, since all other devices are appearing properly, I assume that the SUM is fine.

Attached is some output of the device-agent.log
Any tipps how to troubleshoot this issue? The central management service on th ASG cluster has already been disabled/enabled. 
ASG shows green in this area.

    Hello ciscoman,

    10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255 is a Private IP range, the External IP of your UTM is 10.1.1.122.

    The SUM needs a public resolvable IP address to manage your UTM over the internet.

    Hi,

    I updated the SUM to 
    Current software version...: 4.104010
    Hardware type..............: Software Appliance
    Installation image.........: 4.101-8.1
    Installation type..........: acc

    but having still the same issue.
    The ASG still shows this message

    I restarted the ACC service on the ASG. It still appears as 'Green'.

    Doing a tcpdump on the SUM, I can see frequently traffic from the ASG to the SUM on port 4433. So there is no routing or access-list issue.

    Has anyone any idea?
