We are using the latest version of UTM Manager (4.1). We have the automatic backup turned on and it appears to be creating backups of the firewalls we have reporting to the UTM Manager. The issue is we are unable to download the backups! I have tried using Firefox (latest version) and with Internet Explorer. I get prompted to encrypt the file before downloading and have tried to do both encrypt the back and not encrypt the backup. I never get prompted to download the file. Others in my office experience the same issue, they are unable to download the backups from this version of UTM Manager.
Please help/fix.
