SUM SSO Error

Recently I started getting the following error when I try to logon to a UTM from the UTM Manager.

RPC call to get device.sso failed: #10500 - No suitable role found

I downloaded the latest Virtual Machine running 4.000-2 and let my UTMs call back and register to the UTM Manager and I'm still getting the same error.

Is anyone else having this issue. Anything that I can look at?

OK, a little more digging and testing has turned up that this error only happens with the UTM's that are currently running 9.0 or higher. All of my version 8 ASG work just fine from the SUM manager.

Hi,
i get this message too but not on all UTM9 there are only 2 out of 20 where i see this.
