SUM4 Backup/Restore file location

If I use the Automatic Backup in Backup/Restore, are the backup files stored as .abf files and if, where are they located? [:S]

The idea is to copy the files off from the SUM to an 2nd file store (using scp) [;)]

    Thank you for your response.
    I know that I can down load the backup files on the web gui by clicking the download button.
    But this is not what I am looking for.
    I am looking for having the files copied in bulk using scp.
