Scheduled Maintenance - Error 10500

hi,

different devices produce "device action does not exist in taskmap" on scheduled maintenance
different jobs like prefetch, reboot
versions 6.304
acc 1.400

idea?

Hi Andre,

are those devices connected or offline?
When does the error occur exactly?

hi henning,

devices are connected - schedule is fine;
after scheduled time job status is successful for some devices, some produce the error - will the acc trigger the device on the scheduled time or is it done when i'm scheduling the job in a kind of queue on the device?

Hi Andre,

ACC will trigger the scheduled operation on the respective devices by the specified time and date. If devices are offline or "too busy", the scheduled maintenance operation will fail. The error message you receive, though, is not really helping and should not appear here.

All known-issues related to the scheduled maintenance feature have been resolved in ACC 1.401.
