[1.300] Can't upgrade to 1.301 via Webadmin

Hi,

i just tried to upgrade from 1.300 to 1.301. When i hit the Install Button i get a pop up with the following error:
[12]: system operation (install System Up2Date) failed execution

I upgraded my ACC from 1.201 to 1.300 without problems. I tried Firefox 2.0 and IE6.

Any hints?

    How much memory does your ACC machine contain? Error number 12 suggests that your machine is out of memory and cannot execute the process that performs the Up2Date.

    Astaro recommends 1 GB of memory, with the minimum requirement being 512 MB of memory for running ACC.

    My machine contained 512MB of memory, just upgraded to 768MB. Now it works fine, no problems with the upgrade! thanks...

    I cant upgrade mine either it gets to 83% and hangs saying - Stopping service: /etc/init.d/selfmonng

    hi godsbrother,

    have you tried to do the update from the commandline? or had a look in the up2date-logs? maybe there are more detailed infos. is the selfmonng running?

    yea it seems to get stuck as stopping selfmonng. will investigate the command line option not actually tried that on ACC.

    Right well I tried again and it failed here is what was in the log. Do you know what the commmand line is for the up2date im presuming this sh -c exec /var/up2date/sys-install/1.301/update1301?

    Try:
    auisys.plx --configfile /etc/up2date.conf --level i

    you can use --level d for debug output!

    hope that works...

    Well that command worked just failed with the same error just about to try again with the debug option.


    Well that still fails with the same error and does'nt give much more info about the failure either!
