HA status not properly shown

I notice ACC is supposed to show devices which are actually a cluster, and the status.

I have three clusters, and all are only being reported as individual machines, not a cluster.

Under Hardware information, it says Cluster - Stand alone system, which is not the case.

Two clusters are ASG 220's, one cluster is running v5.212, and the other is running 6.301. The third cluster is IBM servers running 5.212.

Any tips?

I assume that you are running the just released ACC 1.300, correct? We only have one HA cluster, but it is being reported correctly now by our ACC.

Hi,

the HA monitoring/detection requires at least ASG version 6.303. It is not supported on ASL V5.x. Please update accordingly.
