As the subject suggests the general question/idea is: push out user accounts from the SUM to connected UTMs based on groups.
The reason for this is: It makes it easy for MSPs to manage technician/user access to the firewall.
Let me know if anyone knows if this is possible...if it isn't possible (as suggested at one point), I've already created a feature suggestion so feel free to give it cudos:
