hi all,
I cannot find any solution on how to download and install on current 4.300. I have read through the Admin guide and turned over every rock in the web interface.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

Just to ask, are you logging in to the SUM Gateway or the SUM WebAdmin?
If you have turned over every rock in the Gateway you would never have found this:
Go to WebAdmin of SUM and it should be as shown above. If not, please provide more detail.
