How to remove virus?

Hi
one of my endpoints discovered a virus, but I'm unable to remove it
The action filed is grayed out. Tried to manually delete the file but my access was denied.
Any ideas?

I guess sophos has a free virus removal program that was able to remove it.....ugh

The column "Available options" says it all: Manual removal required.
Please boot to a live system (via USB or CD) and delete the file from there. I'd also recommend to do another scan from within a live system (offline scan).
