We have Sophos enterprise Console and we have 50 users.
5 of which report daily as out of date (they are not) The only way I can get the out of date notification away on the UTM is to right click and protect them again. Its always the same 5 and always at the exact same time. All PC's are on the same network and the 5 PC's are just like the others (identical).
I have checked to see if removing them from the UTM and removing Sophos and reinstalling would help and ive tried checked the services are running to report back and they are.
I am at a loss as to what to do next?
