RED15w poor Performance LAN/WLAN

Question

hello, we have a SG330 Cluster with 9.408-4 installed. we have now 2 brand new RED15W and have very poor Performance and Timeouts. We have installed the RED15w in two different Locations, same Problem. It makes no difference over LAN or WLAN. If i use the old RED10, i have not these Problems. 
 If i make a normal ping, no timeouts, if i decrease to 1000 bytes, i have a lot of timeouts. and everything is very slow.

any ideas? any known bugs?

Sebastian, there was a problem that was supposedly fixed in 9.407. At the command line as root: 
 cc get red servers 
 That will tell you the REF_s for your REDs. Assuming that one was 'REF_ItfRedReds1MediaIn', check to see if fast_failover is '1': 
 cc get_object 'REF_ItfRedReds1MediaIn'|grep fast 
 To turn this off: 
 cc change_object 'REF_ItfRedReds1MediaIn' 'fast_failover' 0 
 You will need to repeat for the other RED. 
 Did that fix your problem? If not, you'll want to get a ticket open with Sophos Support.
