RED 10 install fails. Keeps rebooting?

Followed instructions according to www.sophos.com/.../116573.aspx (Standard/Unified Mode). Connected RED10 to remote site, but I think it keeps rebooting. Power light stays on, 30 seconds later System light is on en 15 seconds later Internet light comes on. Tunnel is off. After 3 minutes the the RED10 boots and repeats light sequence. Blink mode not to be found in troubleshooting section of installation document. Any tips?

    Which UTM version and revision of RED10 do you have? (you can find the RED10 revision on the sticker at bottom side of your RED)
    Also, can you match the blink code to one mentioned on https://www.sophos.com/de-de/support/knowledgebase/116173.aspx?

    And no, I do not have a matching blink code, I dont have blinks, all 3 lights are solid and after (what I think is) a reboot System and Internet go out, but will come back as solid. And then the process repeats.

    Hi, Erik, and welcome to the UTM Community!

    RED 10 Rev1 cannot be repaired by the RED flash utility.  It's old enough that it's likely out of warranty.  To confirm that it's a brick now, you should open a case with Sophos Support.
