RED 10 v1 - cannot reset or connect to internet

i have a RED 10 v1 from an older installation that we want to repurpose. 

We connected the RED on a seperate Router and according to the LED lights it requested an IP Adress via DHCP.  The RED has been configured with ID and unlock code for the provisioning server. Sophos Log does not indicate any connection attempts.

is there a way to fully reset the RED10 ? (v1)
