RED Unlock code

Today I received 

one Astaro RED 

I am trying to add RED Appliance

but it asks me about Unlock code from where i can get it

also can i use RED with any ASG i mean can i connect it to ASG 120 , 220 , ..... 625

or it's specially for specific model

    Is the RED device shown as connected in the ASG?
    Is the RED Interface shown in ASG Interfaces?
    Is a DHCP Server configured for that RED Interface?
    Are there proper PF Rules for the desired traffic?
