unable to set initial keys

Hi all,

I got an Problem with my new red device. I've set it up in our ASG220. (no split tunnel) At Home, i've connected it with my fritz.box. Everything works fine but the tunnel dont come up. In live log on ASG, I can see only one thing:

unable to set initial keys

I've tried to set it up in many different ways but I have no Idea why the tunnel don't came up.

Has anyone an Idea how to get it work. I don't know what I do wrong.

What ASG version (V7 or V8) do you have?

Also, what does "cat /proc/net/red" on the commandline say?

I have V8,

/proc/net/red says:

id 0800, peer redw0 172.16.1.104, keyid 0, RX seq 0, TX seq 0, crypto 0, refcnt 1
