I need your help.
I have a problem to activate Remote Ethernet Device support. I fill up the form with the Customer information and the Mail-Address. Then i push the button to aktivate the Red Service. Now i get the Error Message "Die Registrierung mit RED ist fehlgeschlagen. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass sich dieses Gerät mit dem Internet auf Port 3400 verbinden kann."
I use a Telekom VDSL connect with a Speedport Modem 221 and a PPPoe connection at the Wan Interface from the ASG 120. There is no Router o.a. that disable a Port 3400 connection.
There is no blocking Information in the packetfilter and in the live log from the proxy.
I need your bright idea
