Connect one RED Device to two different ASGs

Hi,
is it possbile to connect one RED Device to two different ASGs? 
I guess not because of the config. But maybe there is some sort of workaround.

Here is what I would like to cset up.
Branch office 1 with RED Device connected to HQ and Branch office 2?

Branch1
Red Device -----HQ
     |
     |-----------Branch2

Is this possbile?

    Branch 1 and Branch 2 need to be connected because in Branch 1 there is a VoIP telephone system and Branch 2 is using this too. Branch 1 and 2 need to be connected to the HQ because the Terminalserver is in the HQ.

    Well, then I guess I have to buy another RED.
