hi, I followed administration guide 9.351 to set up RED15. So I configured RED device in a transparent/split mode and I see on RED device all led are green.
device connected to RED15 is getting ip over dhcp from router, however I can't ping or connect from UTM and from RED.
I found this article https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/116573.aspx and there is one more step which is not included in administration guide, it is how to Add New Interface: Transparent/Split - Choose Cable Modem (DHCP).
Question I have should I follow article and add new interface or not? also in Interface type I do not see option Cable Modem (DHCP).
