Move RED to different UTM - wrong unlock code, Tunnel still up!

I want to redo my UTM Home and installed a new virtual appliance.

I want to move the RED (which is still up and running) from the old to the new installation.

The RED tunnel on the old installation is still up and running and is displaying a unlock code.

If I use this unlock code to add the device to the new installation it tells me "The entered unlock code does not match for this device."

How do I get the correct unlock code for that device?

    If you are the original purchaser of the RED, the reseller you bought it from should be able to get the correct code from Sophos.
