&lt;p&gt;As mentioned by Bob, you would need to provide ownership of the device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would recommend you to &lt;a href="https://support.sophos.com/support/s/?language=en_US#t=SalesforceArticle&amp;amp;sort=relevancy"&gt;open a case with support &lt;/a&gt;and send the Company name to which this device is associated with. IF you bought this device from somebody else, then this person should have the RED unlock code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#39;s difficult to get RED unlock codes because Sophos insists on knowing the device wasn&amp;#39;t stolen.&amp;nbsp; If this is a RED that you bought from someone, that person will need to give you the code.&amp;nbsp; If they don&amp;#39;t have it, but were the original purchaser, they should ask Sophos for the code.&lt;/p&gt;
