Sophos RED 15 Can't establish tunnel

Hi all

I can't get my two new RED 15 to establish a tunnel to the Sophos UTM. I have tried with two different UTMs and two different Internet connections. Ports are open.

DHCP is enabled. The internet led blinks. The Tunnel led is off. I got the unlock code from do-not-reply@red.sophos.com but on the utm it shows as offline.

Hostname ist the IP-Adress of the UTM device.

Please point me to a possible error i made...

After a while in this state, the System led switches to red and the others remain the same.

This indactes this:

Gateway is reachable, but mobile broadband connection failed.
No connection to ASG/UTM or provisioning service.

Yes, it looks like there is no internet connection available for the RED device. How do you connect it to the web? It needs a DHCP address from the router which it uses to connect, the DHCP addresses on the UTM are used by the devices which connect over the RED to the UTM and the network behind.

If i do the deployement per USB Stick it works.

With one of the five RED which are running here I had the same problem. Activation via a router didn't work, only the USB stick method was successful. So what. The device runs and that's it.
