HELP example configuration

Hi .. I have to setup ASL with this
config ..

a) real /27 network from a router
b) an internal LAN (with everything allowed
   on DMZ) and with a proxy for web browsing
   and all open port from inside to outside
   to use all outside services real etc etc
c) a DMZ with some ports open (25 80 53 etc)
   a DNAT (so that web and mail are
   accessible from the net) and eventual
   routes for the same reason as necessary

there is some place where exists an example
configuration (a real backup file to import)
just a startpoint for a real newbie ??
