RST Packet Drops

Hello everyone,

We have a customer who want to access with HTTPS port. They have connection problem for a while sometimes. When i check the logs i see drop packets like in this ss. I research about this but i can not understand completely.  Do you think the connection problem is related to this drop package? In that case what can i do?
