akamaihd.net

Hi guys. I'm a newly registered member here in Sophos and we have this on our company.

I would just like to ask how to see the exact sites a user is opening/visiting with akamaihd.net as the server/domain.

In Logging & Reporting section, I was just able to see akamaihd.net but not the exact sites opened.

    On the 'Settings' tab of 'Logging & Reporting >> Reporting Settings',  set the 'Web Protection Reporting Detail Level'.

    Which one should i choose? 3 Levels of URL or Full Domain? And where can I see the exact URLs?

    John, I think that "Full Domain" means the FQDN in the URL.  The level of detail beyond that has implications for the amount of disk space you have and the power of the processor to handle larger PostgreSQL data bases.  The exact URLs are always visible in the Web Filtering log file.
