Temporarily unavailable

Hi,

Today we couldn't access the web admin of our  UTM (9.403-4) from Public IP or from LAN and get the error Service temporarily unavailable. we had to reset the httpd service. we would like to know what has caused the httpd to crash. any idea where and in which logs can we get information regarding this issue?

Thanks

  • HTTP daemon and System logs are the two I know.

  • Hello Bob,

    Thanks for update,

    I did check the HTTP daemon and couldnot find any error there,

    But in the system massages see lots of this:

    2016:06:28-15:15:12 securitysrv1-2 postgres[9363]: [3-1] ERROR:  could not open relation with OID 950434<132>Jun 28 15:15:12 postgres[9363]: [3-2] STATEMENT:  SELECT sum( suspicious ) as suspicious_sum, sum( exception ) as exception_sum, sum( cached_convicted ) as cached_convicted_sum, sum( cached_clean) as cached_clean_sum FROM r where cast(timestamp as double precision) >= 1467064800 and cast(timestamp as double precision) <= 1467151200

    Any idea if this has something to do with our issue? or what does this means?

    Thanks
