Webadmin and SSH access stop working

I am using Sophos UTM 9 version 9.403-4.

Recently wedadmin and ssh access will stop working after a day of uptime.

Wedadmin gives me a 503 service temporarily unavailable error and attempts to login through SSH will tell me "access denied".

If I pull the power on the device and then plug it back in to force a restart, all services come back and are available.  They will operate fine for about a day or so before not working.  

All other services function normally.

    We have 2 SG230 in Active/passive mode and I had to restart the httpd and get the web amin back online. still dont know why the crash heppens. so I think I should dive deeper in the logs.

    PS We can't know if an upload to an external site like Google is properly protected and that uploads to it were through a strong anti-virus engine. The only malware I've gotten in over 10 years was from an external link to a picture in this forum several years ago.  In this case, Sachin was likely the only person to download your file and there is no mechanism here to attach a zip.
