Networking Issue

I currently have 2 internet connections both setup for uplink balancing. One issue I've been having is when the main connection drops you can no longer connect externally to the website/webmail or anything internal. If you are inside the office everything works totally fine so I'm guessing its something that hasn't been setup correctly. Any suggestions?

There are specialized DNS services that ping your interfaces and then resolve FQDNs to backup IPs in such a case.

There are specialized DNS services that ping your interfaces and then resolve FQDNs to backup IPs in such a case.

Many other DNS service providers offer this.
