net_ratelimit: (various #s) callbacks suppressed

Since I installed the 64bit Software UTM v9.401-11 on new hardware, I have seen lines (on the console screen) that state:

net_ratelimit: (various #s) callbacks suppressed

I have read that this is the linux kernel dropping messages that exceed a threshold.
1) Does this indicated a problem?
2) Should I modified the limit config?
3) Which "Live Log" should I examine in order to find the messages that are dropped?

Thanks.
