Bug: network usage

Hello,

I saw a bandwidth consumption during the month of April when seeing a monthly network usage's graph.

What bothers me a little is that the Reporting "Network usage> Bandwidth usage >...>In april " didn' t show nothing on screen.

please visit <link removed>

Any help on this problem would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

  • Hi,

Please go to Logging & Reporting> Reporting settings> Network Usage and check how long reporting data is kept.

    Thanks

I consult  the network usage from 2015-6-1 to 2015-4-30 and it shows nothing

So,many users have been  connecting to the network since  2015-5-1.

Please find bellow log settings and reporting settings.

    Here's the disk resource usage.

Hi, Andronic, and welcome to the UTM Community!

I'm sorry, but I deleted the external links in your posts. Please Edit your posts, and insert your images into the post. We can't know if that external site is properly protected. The only malware I've gotten in over 10 years was from an external link to a picture in this forum several years ago.

    I've re-edited my post.

Any help would be most welcome.

    Thanks Bob

  • Thanks for the pics, Andronic!

In 'Reporting Settings', you have it set to retain only one month for Web Protection, so the most you could see would be 2016-04-26 to 2016-05-25.  However, it appears that you also have a broken PostgreSQL data base.

Try setting the retention to a year, click on Apply and then wait a few hours to see if the report begins to populate.  If not, you will need to erase all of the reporting databases and start over with: /etc/init.d/postgresql92 rebuild

The report does not contain any data.

Will rebuilding postgresql erase all of  currents configurations?
