SSL remote access with transparent proxy on

Hello, I am having trouble configuring the SSL remote access on our UTM 9 with full transparent proxy on. I spoke with support and they said that I would have to create an external interface, and have a public IP address configured on it. My interfaces are set up with a Bridged Interface, and an Internal. Is that all that needs to be configured? Or am I missing a lot more?

    Hi,Mark, and welcome to the UTM Community!

    Change the port and protocol for the SSL VPN to 1443 UDP.  While you're at it, change the port for the User Portal to 2443 TCP.  Better luck now?
