How to set up DHCP option 43 in Sophos UTM.

We use Mitel 3300 IP Phone and we required either DHCP option 43 or 125 to make the IP Phone work on the network.

so that How to set up DHCP option 43 in Sophos UTM.

  • Have a look at Network Services -> DHCP -> Options...

  • Are you sure that your HEX value is correct? The three 0's at the beginning don't look right...

    Waht did you choose for "Scope" in your DHCP option? Global or server?

    I use mitel DHCP helper to creat the value

    and for scope I use global

  • I would try taking the ASCII value from the mitel helper and convert that to hex with an online ASCII to hex tool. That hex doesn't decode correctly to an ascii value.
